I would like to try out a course before purchasing for my team

If you would like to sample a course with a view to providing it for your team, we ask you to go ahead and purchase it, the cost will then be refunded to you if you place a further order for 10 or more of the same course. Any questions? Please contact us [email protected]

What will happen after I have purchased an online course?

As soon as you have purchased an online course, you will receive confirmation of your purchase and a receipt for your payment. We will then send your joining instructions and log in details, which will give you all of the information you will need to successfully access your course.

How long will it take to get my results and certificate?

All of our online line courses contain imbedded assessments, so you will know how you are progressing as you go along. Once you have successfully completed the course an “eCertificate” will be generated for you, which you will be able to download, store and print.

 What happens if I fail the assessment?

Each course is designed to help you successfully navigate through. If you get some questions wrong you can re-visit the content as many times as you like to help you to attempt the questions again.

Do I have to be able to speak English?

All of the courses are in English, so a good level of understanding of English language is required for you to get the most from your course. However some of the courses are available in other languages, please contact us for details of these here [email protected]
