The Food Hygiene Regulations (2006) say that any staff that deal with food on a daily basis must complete adequate food safety training. When employees successfully complete online food safety programmes, that are suitable for the work they do, it will help food business operators in achieving and demonstrating high standards of food hygiene knowledge and understanding through their team members..
